I think the message for enduring the last days is cling to your family and your covenants!

Hello my dears!

I love Sis. Robbins!
It's been a good week! Sister Robbins and I are having a lot of fun. She is such a good person and I am so grateful for her. We had a day this week where we both felt like ugly sister missionaries... those days happen a lot. I think there's a rule that sister missionaries just can't be very cute or something because they would cause problems. Hahah.... just kidding.... but we were sitting waiting for the bybane feeling like dorks and this old lady walked past. I smiled at her and said, "God dag!" And she stopped and looked at me. At first I thought she was going to get mad. But instead she smiled and asked us if we were "the Americans." She told us welcome to Bergen and she hopes we enjoy our stay and then she said, "It's so nice to see two pretty girls here!"

I just got tears in my eyes as I realized Heavenly Father couldn't have given us a more direct confirmation of His love. He's there and He loves us! I know it!

dessert at the hotel...we are spoiled rotten. we had to move
into the hotel again this week because of construction.
Conference was so good. I have so much motivation and desire to be better. I feel like there was so much emphasis on families and covenants. I think the message for enduring the last days is cling to your family and your covenants! They are all the matter anyway. I am so grateful for both.

We got to stay in a hotel again this week... I feel so guilty every time but it was really fun too! They give us restaurant food to eat every day for every meal and I kind of felt like I was going to die after. But it was a good little "vacation" in a way.

We were visited our flower-loving less active this week. She's a cat lady.. and I wore a black dress that day... and it was a very wrong choice. So she brings in this apple cake and I look at Sister Robbins and I mouth, "I can't do it." She went back in the kitchen to get something else and Sister Robbins opened the window and through her cake out of it! She lives on the top floor of an apartment building so... I figured if she's not eating it then I'm not! Hopefully it didn't fall on anyone.

i agree with Grieg --
thank you for my childhood mom and dad! :)
Edward Grieg's house. it was so beautiful!
We got to go to Edward Grieg's house today. It was beautiful and
so neat to me! I got to close my eyes and listen to music and see the cute little house he lived in right on the fjord. It was breath-taking of course.

i don't really know why this large bunny is there
We met a girl a couple weeks ago named Viktoria. She's in high school and she said she was Christian but her mom wasn't. We asked if we could meet with her and she gave us her number. She seemed a little skeptical, but then we got to meet with her and guess what? She brought 2 friends! It was really exciting to be able to teach all of them. They all had really different backgrounds but they wanted a Book of Mormon and kept asking questions. We're going to meet with them again this week.

We are going to visit Anders tonight and help him set a date to be baptized. I'm so excited but also nervous! I know that testimony will bring the Spirit though so it will all be okay. I love their little family so much! We are going to have Mina help us teach her dad and I think it will also touch his heart to have his daughter bearing testimony to him. Pray for them!

I love you guys to the moon and back!
this is what happens at 10 at night after a long
